There's a link to a diary from a chap in prison for death by dangerous driving. Its sobering reading, they used his posts on a forum as evidence and as they didn't know the context, were mistaken for recklessness and helped them reach the guilt verdict.

I bought my car as a project for myself a non runner, I didnt go out and buy a valver to be just happy with the performance. I will make the car what I want it to be and how fast I want it to be but I will never be stupid enough to drive around at silly speeds just to impress someone who doesn't give a f--k!

Who says you have to do anything to impress anyone, all I said was that a car that low, besides looking stupid, will also handle like a bag of crap.  Which it would.

my mk2 was decked and i loved the look but hated the speed humps! :grin:

mk3 is about to go on a tidy set of coilies and being the daily and where i now live & work it wont be mega low.

This dennis guy loves to rip the people that are low...
I met him in real life and his car is rather Untasteful to say the least. I would go as far as saying it's boring and chav with a gold decal of gti running down the side of his car!
Theres my opinion which didn't need to be shared...

There is always one hater who believes that their negative opinion needs to be shared... You don't like it, we didn't ask.
