Brake pads

my light on the dash has come on saying check brake pads, had a look and whoops no pads left  :rolleyes:
Had a look in halfrauds and there £24.99 and out of stock as usual, anyone know where i can get some bargain pads from??

This doesn't really answer your question, but I would strongly advise against fitting el cheapo brake pads! eg. ferodo come in 3 varieities, Ferodo Target, Ferodo Premier and Ferodo DS2500. I would certainly NOT fit target to any car I owned because they are dreadful.

The OE pads on most vw's are Lucas but actually made by PAGID, these aren't bad but for the extra £50 I would go for Ferodo DS2000 or Mintex Fast Road.

look at german swedish ( www.gsfcarparts.com ).  I got some EBC Greenstuff pads from there for a pretty good price recently.

bought some ebc greenstuff and blackdiamond discs from there and they were very good.
