what wheels are these?
« on: 22 May 2011, 14:28 »
bought them off guy in newcastle who had them on his bora sport b4 buying a leon but he didn't know what make they were?

i then  had the wheels sprayed white bought replacement vw logos/stickers for the weathered caps then put white vynil over them to leave a bossed vw sign.

they are aftermarket of some sort and the centre caps are angled on the inner lip and they are very deep retaining flanges compared to replacement ones i got as the little flanges go about 20mm bk to hold it in and replacement i got only about 10mil.

if anyone can help it would be appriciated so i can hunt down new center's

cheers

ah well had a look at the rota ciruit, torque and ciruit 10's all seem right spoke designish but mine are recessed thicker and have a deep dish lip plus bolts recessed at the points, but cannot find other types of rota that are any closer lol but when i first looked i thought u were on to a winner lol the search goes on and thanks for posting as i'm not up to speed with alloy types.

look on the inside lip on the alloy wheel or something.. there is bound to be a stamp of the manufacturer
