Hi it would be easier and cheaper to make your own brake lines up check out

you can buy a kit with everything you need

Believe me its a LOT easier to make your own than get pre-made as they weave in and out of all sorts of things, I quite enjoy making up brake pipes
They are fitted to the car before the rear axle and other parts in the factory so refitting the complete pipes is generally not done.
