does some one know what model of Ronal are those, and are they specific for mk2?

They were an option at the time, you can also get them in Audi fitment.

dont think they were original on mk2, they were oem on 1980s audi 80 and coupe

they are a bit strange size- 6jx13, and et33- is it going to cause any troubles?
