TELL ME HOW BAD THIS REALLY IS!

Just had a good close look at my car after it died on me today while doing bout 70mph! Managed to pull over pretty much straight after - But on closer inspection tonight i have discovered this is the cause



I know its probably bad - but how bad????

This car really knows how to annoy the hell outta me!

try renaming your image as the forum is censoring you link f**k and sh!t instead of the correct spelling

yeah mate your cam tensioner has gone, you might be lucky and retiming it and putting a new belt on and it might run, however i doubt thats the case you prob bent some valves and damaged some pistons maybe. only way you will know is if you strip the head down/take it off unlucky mate

'Bump' is a way to move the thread to the top Fin. just like 'TTT' which means 'to the top'
