Yer I had this, forgot I even ordered something, 3 weeks later emailed them and they said it was out of stock and was waiting for a new supplier, they then asked if I wanted to cancel! Not from Awesome but from another popular online shop.

I had no probs with them emailed me to say the part I ordered wasn't in stock then emailed me again to say they'd found it and sent it out straight away, sure they'll send you your bits ASAP

Most places only carry UK stock for the super popular items. I ordered a set of coils recently and it had to be ordered in from Germany since it wasn't the company's most popular brand. That said it's only adding a week or so to the delivery time, not a big deal when I'm getting the spec I need tbh.

Its swings and roundabouts, i ordered 3 items,   1 being some coilovers,  they wer out of stock but i waited a week, then phoned and they said itd be 2 days til i got them, didnt mind so much, but its just courtesy to be honest, especially when your spending £300 + like i was, might not be alot of money to them, but it is to me!

I have always found Awesome to be very helpful, yes they can be a little slow at times and need the odd nudge like a phone call but nice people.
