The Akrapovic slip-on's sound like a more practical idea.
The same performance gain as a cat back (none) and roughly the same price and yet they won't upset a dealer when the car goes in for a service as the exhaust is still a VW one

I was under the impression some of the 100 cel sports cats don't meet exhaust regs. Too much mis-information on forums I guess, so I'm happy to stand corrected!
