water leak

just managed to track down a little leak on my golf its from the end of the cylinder head a small plate with a pipe going into it,any ideas what its called dont wanna look a complete numtpy going to buy something i dont know the proper name of item btw its a mk3 8v

Water outlet flange / sender housing

You can replace just the o-ring, the part itself is not that expensive if it also needs replacing.
