Golf mk3 1.4se
« on: 15 May 2011, 09:32 »
Hi i have a problem such as i put some standard struts and springs and a new set of wheels (15" Fox Racing with tyres 205 50 15) When i have people in the car it rubs going over a bump on the rear arch. Has annybody had this problem? Im not sure if i should change the wheels (offset may be wrong) or get stiff springs. Also does anybody know the details of the wheels this car had from standard e.g steel 14"?

If you could help be much apprishiated.

Cheers Josh

14" wheels would be standard.

Check the offset of the wheels, may also be worth switching to 195/50/15 tyres
