Exhaust Tip: Opinions please?

I'm going to get some new exhaust tips for my mk5 soon. Had the idea of going for some mk2/rocco style slanted tips. I'll post a picture that's pretty much identical to my mk5 but with standard tips and a photoshop done by shepgti. I'm half and half on the slanted tips. I like the old skool throwback, but at the same time I'm not 100% convinced. So what do you guys think?

Looks like a normal set that has been fitted incorrectly Jimp.

Stick with normal tips, they look better.

Or even go balls out and fit a colour coded R32 rear with black ceramic tips

Normal tips look best.  Just give them a gd clean and polish with some Autosol and very fine grade wire wool!

Aye, it doesn't quite look right when the stock tips are so similar  Regular tips it is, thanks for the feedback folks
