Have I got the correct products? opinions?

Hi all.
I want to polish, glaze and then wax my motor. She is Fjord blue. The products I am looking at buying are:

polish: Poorboys Swirl Remover #2 £12.95

I am looking at buying the #2 as I dont really have many swirls on my paintwork, I am thinking that #1 may not be strong enough and #2.5 and #3 may be to strong.

I am going to buy some applicator pads to apply the products and will be removing them with a microfibre cloth.

What does veryone think of these detailing products? am i heading the right way? open to any opinions etc?

if your car hasnt many swirls then you dont need #2 etc just get the black hole glaze,
maybe get a paint cleanser like limeprime or limeprime lite to give the paint a good clean before you glaze and wax.

Just had a look at the limeprime, is that a very light cutting agent? and then the limeprime lite is a even lighter agent again?

I have got a lot of polish on my car so do i need this product? and i it going to be beneficial to me?

yes the wax will blow you away and the glaze is a good one though id reach for poorboys ez creme glaze or britemax blackmax pad glaze,
both those dodo products are paint cleansers which help prepare the surface for the wax to bond to, washing alone wont remove traffic film/contaminants from the paint fully so a cleanser will help remove whats left from washing.

limeprime has micro abrassives aswell as cleansing oils, limeprime lite has no abrasives, limeprime lite is a wipe on wipe off product where as the limeprime needs working to get the best from the micro abrasives.
lime prime would be my choice so you have best of both worlds, by hand application it cleans well and you get minimum cut from the abrasives or you can use it by machine to get a bit more cut out of it.

I'd go, Lime Prime, Black Hole, then Dodo Blue Velvet.
