anyone done the N249 Valve bypass??

as above if you have done this mod can you let me know if its worth doing???

want to get rid of the vacuum resovior on top of the engine and think this is the only way??  :smug:

also is there a noticeable difference??

i want to do this too.........
i have read that you t-piece into the fpr vacuum but i already have t-pieced into that for my boost gauge is it alright to run 2 t-pieces off the same vacumm hose?

yeah you can as in the guide on here bav has 2 t pieces in the fpr line so it should be fine!!!  :smiley:

just wanna see if it it worth doing - the pros and cons??  :undecided:

Gone but still keeping a close eye on it...

Mk4 golf 1.8t AUM Hybrid K03s. Custom Mapped by R-tech to 260bhp. CR hybrid turbo Audi TT injectors / fuel pump, Forge tip,THS FMIC,Carbonio CAI, Full milltek turbo back, N249 bypass, Fully poly bushed, Weitec coils. Genuine R32 front bumper and Genuine R-line rear, Genuine Porsche twists, Anniversary black interior.
