I am mega pissed, after all my FMIC progress my car on full throttle is juddering, no fualt codes, no leaks, noyhing. After nobing around I realized the DV was not shutting on full throttle as that is what is causing the juddering as its constantly opening and closing.
I took it out and it has not been touched since the 007p was fitted by r-tech to find *drum roll* no spring!
Now I'm pissed due to incompetence and the forking out of new springs at a silly price due to not fitting it correctly in the first place. Plus they are not local, the hassle of going up there and trying to dispute it seems very pointless.
My rant for the day!
Just wound up as I took a friend along with his 1.8T for a remap. I gave them more custom as I could of went AMD etc... They didn't scan for codes, smoke, test, clean TB/turbo as advertised and when I questioned this they replied along the lines: "we see 100's off these cars and continously work on them, so we know them in and out, so if any problems where there we would easily pick them up".
They work on these so well that they forgot a spring and didn't pick up on it.
Now I'm thinking how accurate the rest off the work is?
