its a shame it doesnt look as badass but i do remember from speaking with people who went from a mkiv >> MKv loved it

GTI every day - R32's are too slow and cost a fortune to make em go fast and they are too fat.

I'd go for an ED30 and map the life out of it  :wink:

Hearing a MK5 R32 with DSG get thrashed really gives me wood. Them seamless sound it makes on gear changes make me go all woobly at the knees.

Thanks for the replies looks like the GTI for me. Ive had my mk4 1.8T or 9 years now and just fancy a change even thow i still love the car and never had a problem since ive had it great cars..

Wise choice.  It's got the lot.
