I'd probably love my GTI more if it was a GTD DSG.
I know I'd love it more if it was a 22 year old blonde with a rich Dad, only trouble is that a 22 year old blonde would find me a bit dull......back to the drawing board.
By the way, what's a Bruckner, Asker?

Anton Bruckner (1824-1896) was an Austrian (or German?) Classical Composer and his music is just brilliant.
Listen to his symphonies and you'll be transported into Heaven.

Ahh, a nice ballsy marching symphony, funny how many great composers were German/Austrian and that sort of area. I wonder if that's what inspired those countries to go around invading each other every 10 minutes back then? You know, the sound of a good symphony ringing in their ears as they trampled over each others fields and bayonetted each others babies. Ahh, the nostalgia of it all.....

Thinking about it, it wouldn't actually have to be a 22 year old blonde, the blonde in the corner house is very pretty and definately older than 22.....

Are you positive she is a true blond?
I am not into blondes as I have been sorely disappointed when I've discovered in the bedroom that they were fake. No brunette could lie in that brazen way.

I think she's a real blonde. I don't really care as I'm not likely to ever find out. So I'll just dream that she's a real blonde.....

I have been driving GTIs for the last twenty years and can't think of any other car I would buy that gives me the all round ability of this car.
I looked briefly at the GTD but as I am only doing 12000 miles a year it would only save me about £30 a month on fuel and the GTI sounds and revs so sweet. Cant see me ever buying a diesel.

So I still think I am still 20 years younger

Well, I'm 46 years old and feel like 96!

The reason?  I sold my beloved ED30 MKV and bought a Lexus IS250 Auto (AKA The Partridgemobile). Wonderful spec, but about as interesting as watching the TV test card (for those that can remember it ). I can't wait to get back into something VAG to recoup those blossoming evergreen years of my youth that my last car gave me

:embarassed: Err, thanks (I think) Herr Doktor, but really; you shouldn't encourage me. I need sympathy for my mid life crisis.

The GTI has breathed a bit of new life into me anyway. Although I'm only 38 so not quite ready for the knackers yard just yet.

I love the car and can see myself owning a few more different Mk Golfs in the furture.

Who knows the GTI maybe the secret to eternal youth....... and if not just make the most of it until one of these suddenly feels like a bloody good idea
