if i am correct my bro just came back from camping in his mk3 golf, car was covered in sticky blobs he asked me what it was and we didn't have a clue, this might explaine it!

was horrible stuff to get off and did leave some marks on the car! had to use a rough scourer to get some off as a sponge was not having it!

Please don't use a scourer!! HOT water and some decent shampoo should shift tree sap with a bit of elbow grease.
Steve, i think as long as you don't leave it on for along time then it'll be ok and with the amount of supernatural goodness on your car you'll be reet!

My car has been coated in the stuff ??

providing you remove it as soon as possible and make sure you remove it well you shouldnt see any effects from it, it is abrassive stuff so wash off with caution as you would if it was dust/grit etc, if not removed properly it can bond to the paint/stone chips/pores in the paint and its acidity will start to corrode your paint over a period of time.

as long as you wash it off thoroughly it will be fine.
