Not that bad tbh, total spend with selling all the old sets is £650 less whatever the Beetle rims sell for.

Nope, not really, the next set of alloys have been collected all ok by the very kind forum member in Cornwall so all going well should be on the car Sunday.

Thanks, a few people do but I think they are putting people off, I am hoping that when it is back on the original type alloys I get some interest.

So after taking Chuffs advice, I managed to track another set of the original wheels down on ebay, so today has seen the car cleaned and polished, new boot and grille badges fitted plus the wheels.
