are they a recaro seat? mine is fooked got some foam to have ago bodging the side up  because i cant fine a new base for it, is it easy to remove the cover?

Mine are not recaro, I would think they are different to do   mine took about an hour start to finish.

yea i went to seat and vw both wanded over £80 and i cant justify paying that so going to have a go myself 1st when i get a free day with nice weather.

My new base was £78, which is a lot of money but I wanted to sort it before the leather got marked.

With recaro's I think they are in parts. I remember the dealer saying they only need the side bit.

But this was free of charge on top of the car cost when buying so I have no clue if its multiple parts or single, let alone the price

Thank you  you notice the lighter wheels the more you drive it, my mpg is also better which is a bonus.
