Yes in a way but you learn by mistakes, however if I had taken it Skoda for the job then think of the costs involved.

Yes in a way but you learn by mistakes, however if I had taken it Skoda for the job then think of the costs involved.

A guide should be written since it's cheaper this way.

Smash windscreen,
remove a cover,
replace filter,
refit cover
call glass fitter

I did find out tonight that at least 5 people on the Skoda forum have had screens cracked by the main dealer in the process of doing the job.
