Well a small update, after speaking to Skoda this morning it looks like the brake servo pipe is now modified from 1 piece to 3 pieces however they don't list the new part as fitting my chassis number so am still looking for a s/h one.

On another note the trip to Cardiff airport and back saw 36.8 mpg which with the remap and extra weight (people / cases etc) I did not think was too bad.

Also thinking of going back to 17" wheels  :undecided:

Well I think the 18"s are hurting the mpg and ride too much  :undecided:

tbh if you had 17s you would have to have bigger tyres to fill the arches and then it would be the same overall size as ur 18s so id keep em tbh, if you want mpg get a dirty diesel.  :smiley:

Well it is all down to the weight of the wheels and rolling radius, 17"s would use 205/50/17 as per standard.
