So I have been having problems the last 3 to 4 of weeks, will run fine for a week or so then run like a bag of crap.

Only had the em light come on and stay on once, code suggested maf, lambda or injector, cleared it then a week later it ran poor but no light, after speaking to Rhyso @ Combe he was kind enough to ran vagcom and the same codes were showing.

Last night played up again, no light but checked the codes stored, same codes again showing, following speaking to Rhys again he suggested to unplug the maf and drive it, did that and it seems a lot smoother.

So have today ordered a new maf plus also have a set of new plugs to go in, hoping that will sort it.

So big thanks to Rhys for all his help and advice :afro:

Dunno about the VAG scene but we had coilpack, O2 sensor and random misfire codes on a CLK Merc, MAF sorted it.

Where all my moneys went.

i had to have new maf, made a HUGE change

Wont be the plugs, if it drives smooth with no maf plugged in (common test) then id say MAF..

VAG cars EAT Maf's
