But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

So just like the wind I've changed my my mind yet again. Polo order is cancelled as realistically it just seems a silly option at the moment. So instead seeing as I've spent so bloody much on the Anni so far I may as well make the most of it.

MOT is due in about 3 months so will be sorting a couple bits out before then.

I started today by checking the sills as I hadn't actually has a proper look since owning it, and after the state of my valver's sills I thought before investing anymore money in to this I better make sure it won't break in half. I was greeted to this:

More than happy with that. Both sides appeared to be rust free on this infamous rust area.

So with that in mind I decided it was time to change the interior, so I went and bought a new one, I got Chelsea cleaning as she loves it so much:

The car in all fairness has been a complete sh!thole of a mess as I just haven't bothered with it, but Chelsea's amazing hoover skills have changed all that. I didn't manage to get a full interior shot as it was dark by the time we finished but it looks awesome now. Didn't cost me much either so all good. Here's a pic I got, it's pretty obvious what interior I got.

I'll post proper pictures tomorrow.

Oh and the other night I went to the cinema, this little fecker thought he'd catch a ride:

Sills look good, as do the seats. Looks to me like one of your doors is full of filler though :undecided:

Ahh yes, on the to do list that Dom. The door was hit by a trolley so in replacing the whole door when I get round to having bits sprayed. The important thing is I know the car won't break in half anytime soon.

Chuff, thanks to some salesman feeding me bullcrap when initially looking to purchase the car, there was no cancellation fee. :smug:
