Thinking about renting a roller.

Anyone on here from Kent want to go Dutch and have a little rolling day?

Just use a scaffold pole!  If you have welding facilities you can make one from a vw widow maker jack  :wink:

Yeah, I spotted that widow maker thing, I think Thai mentioned it a little while ago.

Looks really cool, but I'm a youth worker, as far removed from a welder as possible!

I'll have a go at it with a scaffolding pole if there are no alternatives, but I'm dubious!

I'd have to raise the car too, there's not enough arch gap for a scaffolding pole at the moment...

That reminds me, I should grab a few of those widow maker jacks from a scrappie at some point so that I can knock some arch rollers up to make a couple of quid.  :smug:

Maybe should have done this before i sent the car off for a respray but hey ho :grin:
