mine does the same but doesnt bother me as its only a problem if its spiking massivley out of the range of the turbo or engine, as your fitting bigger nozzles itll have the fuel to cope so dont worry bout it tbh

I'm also thinking of fitting bigger nozzles on my tdi vento but it's got a tuning box fitted with a pipe that goes to a valve near the air box. What is the valve and what would I do with the pipe when nozzles fitted?

if ur fitting bigger nozzles, i'd take the tuning box off if i were you, or so i understand from reading stuff on the internet.

Yeah sorry I ment to put what do I do with the pipe when I have removed the tuning box. Just blank it off or should the pipe go to somewhere else? Is it also a good idea to blank the egr valve off?

i blanked mine off but iv just lost the keys to my car so now im breaking it as the immobiliser has screwed it lol so if you want any bits drop me a line

That's not good davies! You blanked the pipe off? Or the egr? What bits you got dude?

blanked the pipe with  screw and put a plate in the egr iv got

a tuning box in the garage

pd inlet with allard pipe (fits well can get pics)

finally i've sold a few odd bits of tat from in the garage, and now i have some cash to buy some bits....... :-)

So I should have davies front mount cooler and injectors coming my way soon can't wait to get them fitted and get some extra power. But is there any other mods I could do like to the fuel pump or anything? Because I got told that the Vento can't be remapped. It's the 1z engine.
