thanks for the comments guys i can't wait untill its finished.

rich its hycote paint and on the can it looks like an awsome anthracite colour but it turned out a kind of light blue colour with a rubbish finish so may be changing them coloured bits.

chers dude and yeah they were pretty easy. just pulled them off and then used sticky stuff remover on the glue that was left behind and it scraped off easily using the clean straight edge of a plastic lottery card

well!!!! been a while since ive been on here lol.

thaught its about time i updated my build thread as its clearly been a while and its verry outdated now so here i am ruby's back on the road better than ever and lots has happened since last time.

so...

shes road legal and driving around again  yaaaay!!!   been a tough long jouney but we made it. i wont bore u all with a massiive write up just some pictures and explanantions on the way.

to start with the valver i had nearly got built up went bad  a leaky ( now rebuilt ) garage made for a verry water damaged engine so i decided to go back to the dark side and drag out the blown high compression carbed 8v. rebuilt with a lick of paint.

then got her fitted over nigh with help from a friend and shes in

th

got her all up and running and decided i wanted some auxilary guages and wanted to have a go at making my own pods for them to have them fitted in my centre console so here they are.

then finally got her mot'd and taxed and back on the road again :)
