Boost loss

Noticed today when driving with my windows down i have what seam to be a boost leak. Seams fine until i reach over 3K rpm under acceleration.

I have scanned my car and got 2 fault codes.

Diverter valve? I know vw released a new revision that didn't split. I'll be making sure my Leon cupra has it before I pick it up.

I replaced the old one with the new piston type last year. The old one was split and there was no noise like there is now. Hopefully have another inspection over the weekend.
