I’ve just seen these
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/RACELAND-COILOVER-VW-GOLF-MK3-ADJUSTABLE-SUSPENSION-/250793283405?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3a6471cf4d
What do you guys think is better those or the supersports? I figured the supersports were better since they were like £350 new however I read the racelands were deceptively good for the money? Cheers

I would stick with your s/h ones instead of cheap / not so good new ones.

It's highly likely that they're seized. Get a can of Plus-Gas dismantling fluid and give the threaded shaft and adjuster a good soaking overnight then stick the coilovers in a vice of something else securely before retrying to move the adjusters again. You may even need to stick a piece of tube of the c-spanner for extra leverage. Good luck.

i just managed to get the two front ones sorted after putting some white spirit on it and smacking the c spanner with a hammer pretty sure it was the hammer not the white spirit but still . Ill leave the other two got a exam tomorrow so must revise
