new intercooler pipe keeps blowing off

Just to let you know the said pipe is a joining pipe so doesn't go directly into the intercooler 

Most likely the lugs on the other pipe are worn then mate; best to replace that one too although I know they aren't exactly cheap

Buy yourself a bag of clips  :grin anytime a pipe comes off change the clip for a new one. I usually also replace a pipe or 2 a year due blowing holes in them

Or replace all pipes with sfs or allard items

Thanks to everyone went to vw dealer asked for advice and was told to self tap into the hose as they do this whenever a car comes in with the same problem , just shows how good this forum really is
