Don't read reviews - go test drive one!!  Your butt is the best reviewer on the planet, not some journalist whose looking for something different from the average car punter

5 door GTI, 3 kids in the back and plenty of room between them.  A Mclaren baby buggy in the boot and the dog.

Makes sense IMO.
