Really ?? Explain please Asker  :undecided:

Handles better. Rides better. Looks better. Costs less. It is slightly less roomy than the Tiguan.

The Kuga 2.0TDCi 163 Titanium 4WD is the one to get and lists at £24,995.

The equivalent Tiguan 2.0TDi 170 R line 4WD lists at £27,965.

We looked at everything from Tig's to rav4's etc to ensure the freelander was the best all rounder - it was and comes with a massive spec list, memory heated seats, alpine pro logic hifi, Bluetooth, panoramic roof, actual 4x4 capability etc

We have an rline dsg demo car and it is very bouncy driving round. The match is the car to get and what everyone wants as spec is great and ridiculous resale value.

Steve: Don't get the Tiguan unless you want to drive a balmange. I drove one and hated it. You don't need to drive a hearse just because you've got a kid. Effing stupid car for London.

Sensible choice: 5 door GTD or slightly less sensible choice 5 door GTI.

Unless you want 4WD!!!

Utter horsesh!t!
From the man who drives his GTI in 'comfort' because the rest are too stiff!!

A Sport/R line Tig is little softer than a GTI Golf...and better damped than a GTI in comfort!
I took one along some back roads to find out...they drive like any non-GTI Mk6.

As for the size...it's no bigger than a Golf...20mm or so in any direction except height...so hardly huge.

Reducing my Golf count by the week....
..but gaining motorcycles.

4x4 diesel version? Wasn't available then and residuals / spec levels were still much lower than the freely
