Lower grill surround - Comparison pictures

A few pics belatedly by way of comparison. As it happens local VW dealer had a white one sitting out the back.
 
Since these I have carbon wrapped the chin lip & rear diffuser (which was a bl**dy mare!!) Also added Laserline rear parking sensors. I have a load of pictures of these but takes me sometime to download to photobucket (especially with the sun out  & gardening chores :wink:) Will post ASAP.

Our other car is a Mk7 GTI DSG 5dr Tungsten, Vienna, Rear View Cam, Park assist.

I do like that - when you compare them side by side it really does show the difference.

I agree. It shows what the designers of the car were originally trying to do, make it look wider and lower.
