HELP ME PLEASE

Ok I am still having my top water hose trouble and since waiting for samco for another 2 months they have f**ked up my new hose and I NEED to get my car running. Yes the Rallye top water hose is to short, here is a pic but it is the right shape.

My question is have any of you replaced yours with samco or other hoses or just happen to have your old hose in the garage still? I want to cut one up and put a join in so I can get it started. I risked my old cut up hose yesterday but can't drive anywere as well as teh join I have made it is also warn where it has rubbed being to short.
