got a mk4 gti lowered on coilovers about 75mm, how can i get it to go lower, what would i need to replace

you could take the adjusters out the rears if u havent already

arb would need changing or removed as it will foul on the driveshaft
remove helpers from front coils and as mentioned adjusters out the back
notch chassis (same reason as arb upgrade)
slam it !!

it will be rubbing at 75mm unless adjustable droplinks are already on or arb removed

For a everyday car 75mm is a lot, much lower and you will start to affect how it drives / handles.

or arb that goes under driveshaft, ie whiteline or r32/4mo
