I have had the X3's for a couple of years now and love them. They are great when playing on the likes of COD as they help you distinguish which direction the moevement you can hear is coming from. Good for late night gaming when everyone else in the house is asleep as well.

this is the main reason for them... The Mrs will curl up on the sofa under the blanket (for a cheeky kip) at 10pm, and expect me to turn the volume down, even though she should be off the bed!

They will be ideal then mate, I recommend getting some rechargeable batteries for them tho. I got 2 sets of batteries so when one set dies I pop them on charge and put the others in.

already got some, and got a cheap (genuine MS) optical audio adapter as im running HDMI (as you cant have a HDMI cable and the original AV adapter, for the optical output, plugged in at the same time)

Chuff bought these and they interfered with his wireless router. causing the internet connection to drop out :lipsrsealed:
Ive got the X11 wired ones and think they're good you can here all the footsteps of enemies and even hear them reloading
I often wonder why people never expect sarcastic comments from me - they're the only reason I speak...

They are great for COD as you can hear everything, even over the other side of the map and can still hear footsteps etc if the enemy is using Ninja Pro.

Downside is they hurt your ears after having them on for a long time but I may just have a big head.
