11 days before my policy expires and no sign of renewal  the other 2 policies i have elsewhere send out renewals at the 28 day point - is this normal ?

so i then request a call back that hasnt happened 

Day off so think i best sort it, 10 minutes on HOLD to get thru to some one,  puts me back on hold again, 3 minutes later i hear a click and the phone line goes dead.

No sign of them calling me back, on either mobile or home number.

Sorry to say, unless its a very competitive quote ( if it ever appears ) then I am off elsewhere.

WOW - thanks martin, call recieved already

Even better was i have more NCB than i thought

but  direct line are a LOT cheaper cos I am now running a standard car so can get a piggy back scheme with them
