you need a terminal removal tool, or patience and watchmaker screwdrivers. trouble is if the wire has broken off flush you'll struggle to get it out, in your shoes i would cut the plug off and solder on another from the scrappy. loads of vws use this plug for many things, just be aware this kind of connector has 2 types. some have 1 locking tab, some have 2 so take the plug with you while you look for a replacement. chop off plenty of length too so it wont happen again
