ok so im installing a toad immobiliser, its got 4 black wires
"Black Wires x4 (immobilisation wires)
- identified as a loop, by a tape or band at the ends
For correct operation, at least one of the immobilisation circuits must be ignition live and live while cranking.
Cut each circuit to be controlled (check current rating if in doubt) and then form an immobiliser circuit by
simply cutting each wire loop. Connect one end of the cut wire loop to each end of the circuit you wish to
isolate - polarity is not important. DO NOT MAKE IMMOBILISER CONNECTIONS TO THE NEGATIVE SIDE OF THE IGNITION
COIL. Re-tape the harness so that the immobiliser connection points are difficult to identify. Do not make
connections at places that a thief could easily identify or access i.e. do not make any connections close to the
ignition barrel or in the engine bay next to the ignition coil.
Note it is not possible to immobilise a permanent 12V supply"
the wires are in two sets of two, one with a white tag and one with a blue, on the wireing diagram two of them go to the igniton switch, this makes perfect sense but the other two go to a box that says "immobiliser" this confuses me, they came from the immobiliser so how can they go there too?
Im sure im just being dumb but my two questions are:
1, what do those two wires do, where do they go?
2, out of the two sets, does it matter which are used for what?
plus any other tips would be great as its a right nightmare :p
