so, i have been having boost leak issues for ages now. It started with the pancake to i/c pipe wearing out, pipe replaced, then the cold side of the i/c pipe wore out, pipe replaced, then the i/c outlet cracked! so its been zip tied together for a while now pissing out air.

queue a new intercooler, sfs pipe ends, and some jb weld

I cleaned up the surfaces to be glued and sandblasted them at work, and left them in some acetone so there would be as good a bond as possible.

tada!

so the only sh!tty clipped join is the turbo outlet now, hope that one doesn't leak! i'll fit it all on saturday

oh, and last week the clutch slipped a few times  haven't even remapped the bloody thing
