newbie wheel help
« on: 22 March 2011, 18:08 »
Hey guys, I wondered if you would help. I just got my first mk4 after having 2 mk3's and a mk2. I have some ronal alloys which i would love to put on the mk4. however I dont think it is possible as I can only find adaptors to 4 stud hubs.

have you guys got any ideas or maybe alternative alloys which are 5 stud that you recommend.

any help would be great. Many Thanks Chloe

im guessing 4x110

problem is that the bolt holes clash with each other, there is adaptors that get around this with an offset bolt but they are very expensive and not really worth it, talking 200 a pair!

thanks guys.

i was just looking on ebay, will a 15 inch 5x100 fit on the mk4? i found some nice deep dish wheels. maybe its best if its too much hassle to keep the ronals for a rainy day or a future project.

Thanks

17" or 18" is the best bet anything else looks small on a mk4.

Spot on, a guy in work has a 2.0 with 15"s, 16" were an option I believe but standard on Turbos.
