painting wheels

has any 1 got any advise on painting my wheel av already taken tyres of and cut valves out at work cheers :smiley:

dont forget the inner faces, lol, my mates who spray their own wheels never do the them, only the spokes and outer rim, but it looks awful as they dont even clean them
