Just joined the Forum after buying my 1st MK3 Gti 8v.
So How did I end up with my Golf?
?? Well after knocking out 5 kids before I relised what I was doing I had to be a Galaxy/sharan owner which as been nothing but trouble. So after buying my current Galaxy that has gone though 3 gearbox mounts in as many months and a few other little problems the time had come to move on..So after speaking to a friend who acquired a MK3 GTI with a suspected major power steering problem which turned out to be a pin prick hole in one of the pipes. He fixed and said I can have it for £500 notes, after looking round this pretty clean Dragon Green ( I think thats what colour it is ) feel free to correct me. done 150000 miles but no history
however due to the power steering problem it has not evan done 1000 miles since the last MOT. Hoping to carry out some subtal mods but nothing over the top but funds are very tight at the mo due to losing my job just before xmas. Will try to add some pictures laters..
