Not sure if there the same and the first one jsut didn't mention the AK part but hay :D


I would use them at the MIN if i did get them 30mm's don't want anymore than that.Just wondering would they be a smoother/more quailty ride  than springs and shocks at the same amount of drop..

Just read throughout this thread with great interest, my golf also has high mileage, 130k so changing suspension and all rubber bits for poly parts is on my list! Running standard 16's for the moment, so since lowering a golf is soooooo cheap am just gonna slam it n suck it n see till I decide between 18's or 19's :)

yeah but mate, I think you get for what you pay for.

Theres no way I will put a pair of cheap coilovers or shocks and springs on my car.

How far have you lowered your car? have you got any more pics?
