hi, well i odered some ronal turbos from them about a month ago, they took a deposit and just keep telling me that they are on order or out of stock and waiting for them, starting to feel a little jittery! has anyone delt with them in the past?? cheers

I don't think you are being done over but it sounds like you are having Dubmeister(itus), ask Richard Ellison or AdamB about it !  :angry: You'll get them but it'll just take some time. Keep moaning at them and threaten to speak to the boss/HO and all that, maybe it might push them on a bit.  :smiley:

hope so, just keep getting fobed off, the excuses sound ok and i am not the sort of person to give people grief at work! (because i hate it!! lol) but not sure what to do!

Have a whinge and say you have paid your money and can you have a realistic time of when you expect delivery, they can't really argue with that.

I know a VW specialist who buys all his wheels from them and he swears by them.

The mk1 will look the nuts when you do get them on :wink:

If your having issues theres a few things you can do. Adam and me both had issues with dubmiester- me waiting 3 months for coilovers not turning up. In the end I retracted my credit casrd payments for everything except the wheels (still havent asked me for the money back yet- free set of lights and free grille yes please)

The best bet is to phone them up, speak with the guy your dealing with and tell him you understand the situation, but other places do have them in stock so you need a REALISTIC time and promise from them to when they will be coming.

If they still mess you around, ask for the deposit back. If they wont give you it back, retract it via the credit card company and go elsewhere.

I nearly bought ronals, look brilliant if you get the text polished off and the rims chrome. THE MUTS NUTS

emailed them today and they say ronal in germany are out of stock, should be in stock next week! then they will be sent out! but it just feels like a cock and bull story! what should i do?

Email Ronal yourself, tell them you suspect you;re being f*cked about by a reseller, and that said reseller has told you Ronal are out of stock. Ask them to confirm it, and you'll know one way or another.
