Wahey put my gti back on the road at the weekend after its winter break, now got a permanent grin on my face. I'd only had it a month before I covered it up for the last 4months so it's like just getting it all over again
After 4months of not being started it fired up on the button the second I turned the key.......good old VW.
Also got its new wheels, number plates and momo steering wheel fitted so will have to get some updated pics on soon.

AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH all theses cars goin back on the road , n mines still nowhere near done ,
and its typical swansea weather , pissin it down

i think ill be drowning my sorrows in the union tonight , then when i get paid for the 32 hours over 3 days i worked the weekend , i think its time to finish the windows for my car

my old 8v was stood for months after i bought it, and it had been outside, unused 12 mths before that and it turned over off the key first time. ?
it puts a smile on my face when i go and 'visit' which ever of the dubs is off the road (cabbie at moment)
