Picked up donor but doesn't seem to be hitting boost, tried bypassing the N75 valve and running it straight from waste gate pressure but nothing at all, just going to 0. Any ideas, help would be appreciated :) need to have a look in the light!

Is it mapped? Do you know what boost it is hitting? Could be a number of things, a boost leak is highly likely, what d/v does it have?

Mine isn't boosting as it should be, only hitting a peak of 11psi, fitted Forge 007p, replaced the MAF, new N75 Valve - all of which have been tested and are working fine. There are no boost leaks so it's looking like the actuator needs upgrading

Think wastegate is stuck, not boosting what so ever :( turbo is only a few months old too, going to take another sicky and start ripping it apart tomorrow :) haha.

Was it a cheap turbo or a genuine one?

Nah man was over £900 :D fixed it now though, the thing (not sure name) that opens the wastegate was seized from it being stood for 3 months, soaked it in WD and give it a few tug's and all is cool :) bay is a horrible mess, when engine is out i can sort it all out though!

Might be worth thinking about fitting a new actuator when the engine is out.

Don't like the 'look i have a turbo' style intercoolers so it's going black

305mm 4x100 Brembo 4 pots for sale soon too.
