I think maybe hubcups off and some crazy ass colour on the steelies 
I've been thinking about mad colours for the steels, the car turns heads enough
thinking just a mad colour for the full car...
Could you get smaller hubcaps and cable tie them to the face of the steel? Inside the dish I mean. Two piece splits innit? 
We had some polo 13" caps but would be hard to cable tie them in with the steels been banded
Get some moondiscs on em!
