Depending on what size catback you want it will cost more than a generic off the shelf milltek catback. I paid just short of £600 for a custom stainless catback from powerflow, that was for a true 2.5" catback. It's a little droney when driving normally but sounds nice when I'm really going for it.

Doubt that a custom system will be much cheaper.

I guess you could get a custom powerflow exhaust cheaper but to me it just defies the point of having a custom exhaust unless you want it for the looks and not performance. If your looking for a cheap custom exhaust from powerflow I would say your looking at a true 1.5" system. May as well just get an off the shelf kit like Milltek if that's the case.

There is a place on London road, Waterlooville if you know that area at all? Behind the esso petrol station, never used them myself so dunno what they're like but could try and search them on the net. Also one in southampton you could do a search for if that's any use mate. Also price wise no of someone who paid 300 quid for a cat back so custom should be cheaper than a miltek, he was well happy too and sure that was 2.5 cat back on a v6 vauxhall.
