lowering springs

hi guys, been looking into forms of lower my car interisted in coil overs but cant afford a good set at the mo! so looking into doing just springs at the mo, i will be running on anniversary wheels with 215/40/16s does anyone have any pics of they cars lowed at 40mm  or at 60mm as can't decide what drop to go to. any help will be appreciated. thanks

40mm is the max you can drop it with standard shocks.
60mm you may aswell buy some cheap coilovers id say.

looked into cheap coilovers but had bad feed back. don't seem worth the hassle! :huh:

springs and schoks are what i have.. 60mm drop and its all gravey baby! :)

toby bud you got any pics as would like to see how low it is pl us whats the ride different's between coil over and springs as got a young family, can@t be dealing with  :sick: kids. not good for trim.

If fitting springs your better to replace the shocks, pointless doing the job twice and ride / handling will be shocking with just springs fitted.

same with cheap lowering springs! and even worse at -60mm
