how do i know if my car has dynaudio? i only know it has 8 speakers.

Its wrote on the tweeters in the sail panel on the doors, has a box under the front of the passenger seat which is the amplifier. The headunit says dynaudio as it powers up.

The RCD310 can be ordered with Dynaudio in Germany, but then they only get an RCD210 as standard - one step up from a gramophone  :grin:
Sound quality is all a bit subjective though, I think. Some say the RCD310/510 with or without Dynaudio all sound the same. I can't help wondering that if the VW headunit is crap in the first place, isn't the Dynaudio/aftermarket amp just making that crap signal louder?

I can assure you, you don't, as Dynaudio cannot be specced with the RCD 310 in the UK. :rolleyes:

i have jut brought a rcd 510 to fit into my car, the code was included with the stereo, would i need anything else to fit it?
